We had a closing with Lainy - it was extremely short notice for all involved. Lainy left one closing and came directly to ours. One would think that having a busy day she would be low energy, tired, etc. However, she was on top of everything and kept us informed when there was a small hiccup (nothing to do with her, just a printing issue). She was informative, detailed and just overall, very pleasant to work with. Oh, more than anything else, she got the process over with in a timely manner. Our overall experience is that she is prompt, professional and courteous.
